

Masman (i.e. Carnival designer) Peter Minshall presents the concept for his Carnival band "The Sacred Heart" to a gathering of the Minshall faithful on Sunday 29 January, 2006.
With Carnival taking place on February 27 and 28 this year, the group has less than a month to produce 900 costumes, plus individuals, several major props and -- brace yourself -- a king and queen. It is going to be extraordinary.
