Here in Colombia they just passed a new law that prohibits telecom companies from advertising a service as "banda ancha" (broadband) if it doesn't average a certain velocity (don't remember what speed). Supposedly connections were supposed to get much faster as of Jan. 1st, but I haven't noticed any difference. Any response?

I contemplated going with Blink, but decided to wait for Flow to go digital in my area. It hasn't happened as yet, but from what I've heard from Flow users I know, it would appear to be worth the wait. G, I'm surprised Flow Digital isn't in your area as yet! I switched to Flow when it became available and while they have had a few disruptions the speed and reliability leaves TSTT in the dust.
