Dare we say that CFR the podcast is back? Episode #45 arrives complete with cheap gimmickry and, fortunately, a bit of substance provided by the members of CFR’s house band, 3canal, whom we visit during a rehearsal of the repeat performance of this year’s edition of The 3canal Show at Queen’s Hall in Port of Spain, Trinidad.
Listen to the podcast by using the player at the bottom of the post or access it using any of these methods:
Download MP3 | RSS | iTunes
Purchase your 3canal CDs at CDBaby or at the iTunes Music Store.
And see some recent photos of 3canal and their show at this Flickr collection.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG !!!!1111 A new CFR Ep!!! Georgia roxxorrzzzz!
very entertaining as usual, glad that CFR is back
Jesus! Could it be a trend????
oh I’m sorry. Please excuse my fanboyistic excitement. It’s been awhile.
Please don’t apologize, Chris — fanboyism is more than allowed around here!
But glad to know you’re okay. The previous comment made me concerned you were having a heart attack.
Great to hear you back, Georgia. An excellent show. You have not lost it at all. (Please, Ma’am, may I have some more?)
What the heck. I just came on looking for a new episode for today complete with gimmicky sound effects and there is none. Ok Georgia…i will be sending you triple espressos from around the corner until we get to a daily..ok fine..that is unreasonable…thrice weekly ..podcasts.
Wow! It is amazing that after not having checked on this site for months and months the day that I check there is a new podcast!!! Does it mean that I was the motivation? In any case I am thrilled to have this back on a regular basis (hint hint)
A great CFR show and a great Tre Canal show.
GG
I don’t consider myself superstitious — well maybe a bit, because when I saw that fishing boat christened “TORTUGA” sailing into our marina earlier this week, and US sportscasters on ESPN talking about cricket?!, I dared hope for what I found in my podcast catcher today … CFR#45.
