The time has come. I am ready to take the Intel plunge. As a result, I’m putting my beloved PowerBook G4 up for sale. This baby is in immaculate condition (not a scratch) and her specs are as follows:
- 1.5ghz PowerPC G4 CPU
- 512 MB RAM
- 80GB Hard Disk
- Built-In Airport Extreme (wireless card)
- Built-In Bluetooth
- Built-In Superdrive (CD/DVD writer)
- Operating system: Mac OS X Panther (but I’ll also include an upgrade
DVD which will allow you to install OS X Tiger, Apple’s very latest
operating system)
- Weight: only 4.6 lbs!
- Comes with: all original installation CDs, cables and manuals
- Battery was replaced in July, so practically new
- I’ll also throw in a very attractive Incase carrying bag
Should you choose to be my PowerBook’s new owner, you’ll be able to boast to your friends that your computer has edited a number of episodes of CFR, travelled to several countries in the Caribbean, and was once used by Brian Lara to check e-mail and the latest cricket scores.
