		<description>Nice to see people returning home to contribute to share their brain :) I myself made that decision. Wasn&#039;t too hard since I love life in T&amp;T, barring some irritations. 

However, I also understand those who decide to remain abroad. We need to create jobs that will not only offer competitive salaries, but also offer a scope of work that will allow graduates to apply what they&#039;ve learned and work at a strategic level. For e.g., I&#039;m on the jobhunt, but when one applies these criteria, somehow it trims the options for a job in corporate communication. That, and being a young professional in agecentric T&amp;T.</description>
