Gayelle reporting that Scotland Yard officers are on the scene of the bomb blast.
Some concern expressed about rain messing things up on the crime scene. After this year’s first bomb blast back in July, the investigation was “compromised” by a security helicopter which landed in the area and sent the evidence flying.
