Thanks for the mention, Georgia. Your talk about customer service is interesting in the context of the blood bank in Trinidad. I worked at a blood bank in Central Florida, and I’ve been talking to Dr. Persaud here in Guyana about similar things.

I realized I haven’t sent you what I was supposed to send you… so without further self flagellation… :-)
