Hey,
I got my info wrong – PM Manning asked that all employees be allowed to leave their workplaces by 12:30 p.m., not be home by 12:30 p.m. as I originally thought. Gayelle has ongoing coverage and thanks to Dr. Khan, who went up on the roof of the building to film, we can see that traffic is backed up on the Audrey Jeffers Highway all the way into the West, skies are grey and threatening and there’s low visibility out to sea – the view of San Fernando is practically non-existent. The good news is that Mark defied the GSM network and called in – says the traffic coming out of South is incredible.
Here’s another great site for tracking hurricanes.
