Caribbean Free Radio #24 – Tropical Storm Emily Update #1

Seems it’s all about Skype these days on CFR. With Tropical Storm Emily headed our way this morning, I get on the phone with my buddy (and favourite armchair weatherman/surfer) Walt Lovelace to discuss the weather.
