Been trying to do a podcast for the past couple of days but all sorts of things getting in the way. But woke up this morning to more good news–the Evil Genius is a fan! Who’s the Evil Genius? That would be Dave Slusher, one of the stars of the podcasting world. He left a nice comment on the site and also talked about us on his own ‘cast, where he said lovely things about both CFR and 3Canal and ran an excerpt from my interview with them. Apparently he was impressed both with their music and their views on technology–and why wouldn’t he be.

So thanks for the big-up, Dave!

PS – Podcast #4 coming up later today.

GREAT show! I found it through The Evil Genius, who I found through The Dawn and Drew Show. Who needs Podcast Alley?

FYI: I’m in Boston, MA in the USA. You need a webcam more than most podcast sites. It would feel so good to look at someplace where it isn’t winter.

Good Luck and keep it fun!

  • Of course, you have already heard from me, but the beauty of podcasting right now is that when one podcaster heads your way his whole “family” comes. In my case it is as literal as it is figurative. Love the shows, I have always had a thing for Caribbean culture and can’t wait to let you guide me through more of it.

Hi, I found your show through Evil Genius Chronicles. It sounds cool. I’m writing from Boston as well, we’re about to get another snowstorm (we’ve had something like 106 inches this year) so images of the local landscape would be wonderful. Also don’t limit yourself to a set time limit for you podcast, as long as you’re interesting, we’ll keep listening. I listen to podcasts at work, so I like to 40 and 60+ minute podcasts. No need to limit yourself to a measly 20 minutes. Keep it coming!
